Guided and self-guided motorcycle tours across 6 continents, from a long weekend to a full expedition. Choose by country, date and riding level.
Guided motorcycle tours are available for every rider level – from relaxed beginner tours to challenging expeditions.
For beginner riders, we recommend shorter classic tours, on-road or off-road, where you have less pressure and can take your time to enjoy the scenery. Motorcycle tours in Morocco with its desert atmosphere and royal cities or tours in Bolivia with salt flats, mountain passes, and breathtaking landscapes are perfect for that.
Advanced riders often seek longer, more challenging motorcycle tours and expeditions like the epic Trans-Africa - The Long Way Down or intensive enduro vacations in Africa with challenging off-road sections. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, you will find the right motorcycle tour with us.
Pick a continent. On the right you get every country we run Motorcycle trips in, with the number of tours there.
Every motorcycle trip with us is meticulously planned, personally supervised, and tailored to your riding skills, from beginner trips to expeditions.

More about OVERCROSSFour questions decide whether a tour fits you. Answer them for yourself and the whole catalogue usually comes down to a handful of trips you can compare properly.
You do not have to work this out alone. Tell us how much time you have and what you trust yourself with, and we will put two or three dates in front of you that actually fit.
We rate every tour from 1 to 5 and ride the route ourselves before it goes on sale. Levels 1 to 2 mean tarmac and light gravel with short stages; levels 4 to 5 mean technical terrain, river crossings and altitudes above 4,000 metres. When in doubt, go one level down: the trip is meant to be a pleasure.
On a guided trip a guide rides ahead and a support vehicle carries luggage and handles breakdowns. Self-guided, you get the route, the tracks and the accommodation, and you ride at your own pace. We run both, and each tour page says which one applies.
For most destinations we provide the machines on site, so you travel with helmet and gear only. On many tours you can bring your own bike, and for long-haul destinations we arrange the transport. What is possible on the tour you want is listed under its services.
A week is enough for Europe and North Africa, two weeks is the usual measure for long-haul destinations, and from three weeks it becomes an expedition. Count the arrival and departure days: both are in the itinerary of every tour.

On every tour page you can request your date or book it directly. We check availability, then send you the booking confirmation with all included services and the insolvency certificate. Only after that is the deposit due. If you are still weighing up which tour fits, write or call us and we will go through the dates with you before you commit.
Once the contract is concluded and the insolvency certificate handed over, 25% of the trip price is due, and at least 500 EUR where the price exceeds that. The balance is payable two months before departure. If you book later than two months before the start, the full price is due when the travel documents are handed over. The full payment terms are in our travel terms.
You may withdraw at any time before departure; what counts is the moment your declaration reaches us. The flat-rate compensation is staged by date:
Instead of cancelling you can also name a replacement traveller who takes your place. The full rule is in our travel terms.
The minimum number of participants is stated on each tour. If it is not reached we may withdraw within the statutory periods of § 651h of the German Civil Code, and payments already made are refunded without delay. We ride in small groups as a rule, and we will tell you the likely group size for your date before you book.
Guided motorcycle tours are organized trips in small groups, accompanied by experienced guides.
You ride on selected routes, while accommodation, planning, and support are already organized.
This way, you can fully focus on riding and the experience. No stress, but maximum adventure.
A guided motorcycle trip usually starts with a briefing and route discussion.
This is followed by daily stages with designated stops, refueling, and break points.
In the evenings, you spend the night in pre-booked accommodations and exchange experiences with the group. Perfectly organized, but with room for freedom on two wheels.
The ideal travel time depends on region and climate. In Europe, spring to autumn is suitable, while motorcycle trips in Morocco or Africa offer optimal conditions especially in spring and autumn.
Overcross plans all tours so that temperature, distance, and weather harmonize perfectly.
The entry into the world of motorcycle travel is easier than many think. Start with shorter, guided tours to gain experience and get used to longer stages.
Important are a technically flawless motorcycle, suitable equipment, and the willingness to immerse yourself in new landscapes and cultures.
For most motorcycle trips, secure riding practice and basic fitness are sufficient. Good protective clothing, helmet, gloves, waterproof jacket, and sturdy boots are mandatory.
On enduro trips, off-road experience should also be present. Safety always comes before speed.
The daily stages on motorcycle trips range from 150 to 300 kilometers depending on the terrain. On off-road or enduro tours in Morocco or Africa, it is usually 100-220 kilometers, as driving technique and terrain are more demanding.
What matters is comfort, not distance. The goal is the experience, not the number.
On guided motorcycle trips, you are usually accompanied by a support vehicle that assists you with technical problems.
If an accident occurs, your and our first priority is to ensure the safety of all involved.
Each region has its own charm, from the Andes passes in South America to the desert tracks in Morocco.
Among the most popular destinations for motorcycle trips are also Southeast Asia, South Africa and of course Europe.
