<p>South America is not a single circuit. It is Andean passes on one route, Amazon-edge lowlands on another, colonial streets and open plains in between, and long stretches where riding means committing to the distance between one border and the next. A South America round trip only works when the terrain changes are planned into the itinerary instead of tacked on.</p><p>We run four round trips across the continent, from 12 to 15 days. The shortest is our 12-day Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil adventure. The longest are our 15-day Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil group tour and our 15-day Venezuela trekking trip. Prices range from €1469 for the Venezuela trip to €3349 for the Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil group tour, with groups as small as 2 riders and as large as 16.</p><p>Every day starts with a briefing from your tour guide before the group sets out on combo terrain, a mix of paved roads and unpaved tracks. Riding in a guided group keeps border crossings and route-finding off your plate, so the day is about the road and the landscape changing around you.</p>

How many countries do your South America tours cover?
Across our four South America round trips you ride through Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. Each route links two to four countries into one planned itinerary, so a single trip can take you from Andean passes to Amazon-edge lowlands. -
How long are the tours?
Our round trips run between 12 and 15 days. The 12-day route crosses Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil, while our 15-day routes cover Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and Brazil, or take you deep into Venezuela on a dedicated trekking trip. -
How big are the groups?
Group sizes range from 2 to 16 riders depending on the tour. Every departure runs with a tour guide, so you are never navigating border crossings or route-finding on your own. -
What terrain should I expect?
All our South America tours run on combo terrain, a mix of paved highways and unpaved tracks. Expect the surface to change with the landscape, from mountain roads to lowland routes. -
What skill level do I need?
Most of our South America round trips are rated for riders with solid road experience. Our Venezuela trekking trip is graded a step higher, so it suits riders who already have some off-road or high-altitude touring behind them. -
When can I book my next departure?
