Between the capital's wide avenues and the peaks of the Andes lies some of South America's most dramatic riding country, from open pampa roads to gravel tracks inside national parks.</p><p>OVERCROSS runs 2 guided round trips through Argentina. The shorter one, Argentina Round Trip: Culture & Nature, covers 11 days between Buenos Aires and El Calafate. The longer Patagonia Group Trip: Chile & Argentina runs 16 days and continues into Chile, from Ushuaia to Puerto Varas. Both are escorted group trips with a local guide, not self-guided rentals, and group size stays between 2 and 20 riders.</p><p>A typical day starts with breakfast at your hotel, then a guided excursion or ride to the next stop, from a city tour in Buenos Aires to glacier walks near El Calafate or wildlife stops on the Valdés Peninsula. A local, multilingual guide travels with the group throughout, and nights are spent in hotels along the route: 15 on the Patagonia trip, 10 on the Culture & Nature round trip.</p>

The Argentina Round Trip: Culture & Nature Patagonia starts from €2,819, with current dates from €2,740. The Patagonia Group Trip: Chile & Argentina, 16 days, starts from €4,630, current dates from €4,495. Flights are not included in either price.
What is included in the price?
Included are 10 or 15 overnight stays depending on the trip, all excursions and meals described in the itinerary, a local multilingual tour guide, all local transfers and entrance fees. The legally required travel protection certificate under BGB §651r is included as well.
What is not included in the price?
Not included are flights and airport fees, and anything not explicitly listed in the service description. On the Patagonia Group Trip, optional activities can be booked and paid for locally.
How big is the group on an Argentina round trip?
Both Argentina tours start from as few as 2 travelers and grow to a maximum of 20 participants, so the group stays personal without the trip being cancelled for lack of bookings.
Will my guide speak English?
Yes, a local, multilingual guide accompanies you throughout both tours. On the Patagonia Group Trip, the Buenos Aires bicycle tour and a few local transfers are run separately with their own multilingual guide.
What gear do I need to bring?
For the hikes in Torres del Paine National Park and Tierra del Fuego, bring sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothing and a warm fleece for cool Patagonian mornings. For the Buenos Aires bicycle tour we provide the bike, you just need comfortable clothing. Full details arrive with your travel documents after booking.
