Gift voucher questions
How long is the voucher valid?
3 years, counted to the end of the year you bought it in. The date is printed on the voucher. We send a reminder 60 days before it expires.
Can I return the voucher?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, as long as the code has not been used. Just reply to our e-mail and you get the full amount back.
What if the tour costs less than the voucher?
The rest stays on the code for the next booking. If the tour costs more, you pay the difference as usual.
Can the date of a gifted tour be changed?
Yes, like any booking. Write to Luke and he will find another date with you.
In which language does the voucher come?
In German, English or Portuguese, whatever the language of this page. You choose it in the form.
How do I pay for the voucher?
By bank transfer. You get the bank details and the reference right after ordering. Once the money is in, the PDF arrives.
Can the name on the voucher be changed?
Yes, free of charge. Write to Luke and we reissue the voucher in the new name. Code and balance stay the same.
What is the travel bonus?
A thank-you for you when you give a voucher from €3,000: €250 from €3,000, €400 from €5,000, more above that, up to €800. The code arrives once the withdrawal period is over, is valid for 12 months on your own tour and can be used on a booking worth at least eight times its value. One bonus per booking, not payable in cash.
What do you give a motorcyclist who has everything?
A trip. The gear is usually there already, a week on tracks in another country is not. With a voucher from €1,000 the lucky one picks tour and date, with a specific tour you give the whole trip straight away.
Does the voucher suit beginners or passengers too?
Yes. The voucher works for every OVERCROSS tour: motorcycle trips for beginners and old hands, 4x4 off-road trips, workshop courses, round trips and safaris. Anyone who does not ride will find the right one among the round trips and safaris.
