Matala - Arrival and Island Reception
Good morning! At Heraklion Airport, your guide will pick you up. Together, you will drive about an hour south to the coastal village of Matala, your base for the motorcycle trip in South Crete. You will check into your room, get to know the group, and explore the famous caves and the wide sandy beach on an initial tour. The evening remains relaxed so that you are well-rested for the upcoming stages.
Matala - Motorcycle training and first curves
Before the start of your motorcycle adventure holiday in Crete, you practice handling your machine safely in the training area. Afterwards, you ride on quiet country roads around Matala, so you can get used to the handling. This way, you gain confidence before the more challenging mountain stages begin in the coming days.
