The tour through Lesotho, Eswatini, and Kruger National Park with a difficulty level of "Advanced" requires good physical fitness. Particularly challenging is the overnight stay in a tent, which lies at the limit of endurance, and the early-morning rides in Kruger National Park, which require intensive energy management.
