Do I need an international driver's license for motorcycle tours in Asia?
Yes, for most Asian countries, an international driving permit is required in addition to the national driving license. We will inform you about all necessary documents before the tour. -
Do I have to bring my own motorcycle?
No. As a rule, we provide you with a well-maintained motorcycle on site - adapted to the terrain and type of tour. Private vehicles are allowed on certain tours after consultation. -
In which countries do you offer motorcycle tours?
We organize tours, among others, in India, Nepal, Tibet, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Mongolia, and other Asian regions. Each tour has its own character - from the Himalayan adventure to the jungle route in Southeast Asia. -
What equipment should I bring?
Own helmet, motorcycle jacket, gloves, and sturdy boots are mandatory. We additionally recommend protectors, rain gear, and personal travel items. You will receive a detailed packing list before the start of the trip. -
What is the best travel time for Asia?
This depends on the country: Himalaya region (Nepal, Tibet, northern India): April-October Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos): November-March Mongolia: June-September -
How is it going with visas and formalities?
We support you with the organization. Usually, you need a valid visa, which must be applied for in advance. You will receive detailed information with the travel documents. -
Is insurance necessary?
Yes, travel health insurance with repatriation is mandatory. We additionally recommend trip cancellation insurance. -
What happens in the event of a breakdown or an accident?
Our guides are experienced, spare parts and tools are included. Minor repairs are carried out immediately, larger damages are taken care of by the service vehicle. In an emergency, we organize medical assistance and transport back. -
What culinary specialties can I expect on motorcycle trips in Asia?
Asia is a paradise for food lovers: from spicy curries in India to noodle soups in Vietnam to Tibetan momos and Mongolian grilled meat. Each region has its own specialties, which we deliberately incorporate into our tours.
