Here you have the opportunity to experience the hunting techniques of the Hadza, using traditional bows and arrows. Days 1–9
Arusha National Park
In the morning, we will head to the nearby Arusha National Park located at the foot of Mount Meru (4566 meters), marking the first game drive of this African adventure trip. The Arusha National Park was established in 1960 and offers a diverse landscape and a wealth of wildlife across its 552 square kilometers. In addition to many well-known African wild animals, the national park provides a great opportunity for birdwatching for bird species such as flamingos, herons, eagles, and numerous waterfowl.
Safari in Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, the drive towards Tarangire National Park southwest of Arusha begins. The national park covers 2,850 square kilometers and is named after the river that runs through it, the Tarangire. In addition to its diverse wildlife, the park offers a spectacular landscape with its changing vegetation and baobab trees, guaranteeing an incredible sight. Over 550 bird species and one of the largest elephant populations in Africa can be found in this park.
Safari in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, a highlight of the safari journey begins. The drive goes to the Serengeti National Park, which, at 30,000 square kilometers, is the largest national park in Tanzania. The Serengeti is known for its biodiversity and animal migration. Herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles roam the wilderness in search of water and grazing areas. In addition, the Serengeti offers a good chance to see lions and other predators in the wild. Besides the diverse wildlife, the Serengeti is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is an ecosystem with great biodiversity.

Today we are taking a full-day safari in the Serengeti. Our well-trained guide will take us to places where the animals can be observed well.
Nogorongo Crater
Early in the morning, the adventure journey continues, taking us out of the Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is a volcanic crater, formed by the collapse of a volcano over 2 million years ago. Due to its unique ecosystem, consisting of grassland, forest, wetlands, and lakes, the crater provides a habitat for a large variety of animals and plants in Africa.

Safari in Lake Manyara National Park & Drive to Arusha
After a hearty breakfast, we go on a safari in the Ngorongoro Crater. Besides the rich wildlife, there is also the possibility to see the Maasai at their agricultural work. The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Lake Eyasi
After breakfast, the adventure trip in Tanzania continues. The path today leads to Lake Eyasi. Lake Eyasi is a saline lake with a high salt content in Tanzania, whose size varies depending on the dry and rainy seasons. The lake and its surrounding landscape provide a habitat for a variety of animal species, including rare bird species. The lake also has an important cultural significance for the tribes living on its shores, including the Hadzabe and Datoga. The tour guide will provide information about the Datoga tribe and there will be an opportunity to see waterfalls.
Lake Eyasi - Lake Manyara
In the gray of dawn, the Bushmen of the Hadza tribe set out to hunt. Traditionally, bows and arrows are used for hunting. The Hadza tribe today counts only about 1000 people and is considered one of the last tribal peoples in the world, and thus also on the African continent. The traditional way of life of the tribe makes the people hunters and gatherers, who feed on roots and the meat of the animals they have hunted themselves. After breakfast, the experience journey continues to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is a salt lake in Tanzania and an important protected area. With its diversity of habitats and biodiversity, Lake Manyara is an appealing destination for nature-loving travelers.
Lake Manyara
After breakfast, the last safari of this eventful experience trip begins. Ernest Hemingway once called Lake Manyara the most beautiful lake in Africa. Over 400 animal species are native to the lake and its surroundings, making it an unforgettable highlight on safari trips in Tanzania.
