Service

What is our goal?

  • Building trust in yourself and your motorcycle by learning the basic off-road riding exercises and techniques.
  • Providing safety through controlled bike handling, so that on your future tours and adventures you can master difficult situations calmly and enjoy the full off-road feeling.

How do we achieve that?

Through …

  • experienced, authentic and highly trained instructors
  • a well balanced mix of theory and riding practice
  • intensive preparation for your first off-road rides
  • practical application and consolidation of what you learn
  • groups of 6 to 8 participants

Where does the training take place?

The Mammutpark with its 130 hectares of unique terrain and track network allows an almost one-to-one reproduction of different surfaces, situations, conditions and demands, preparing you through our tailored courses (Standard, Individual or Special) for a trip, a rally, the ACT or the TET.

  • Can I take part with my own motorcycle?
Yes, you can use your own motorcycle. It must be road legal and suitable for off-road use (2-strokes are not allowed). Good standard enduro tyres are sufficient; ideal are 50:50 tyres such as the Dunlop Trailmax Raid or similar. Your motorcycle should be in perfect technical condition. If in doubt, get in touch and we will be happy to advise you.
  • Do you offer cancellation insurance?
We do not offer our own cancellation insurance. However, comparison websites such as Check24 let you find a suitable policy in just a few clicks.
  • Am I liable for damage to the rental motorcycle?
Damage above €1,000 is borne by the renter and will be invoiced. Damage up to €1,000 is covered by the rental company. Damage to the motorcycle or to people caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the renter is borne entirely by the renter.
  • Does the training go ahead in bad weather?
As a rule, our courses take place in all weather. Only in extreme weather conditions do we reserve the right to cancel a course. In that case we will find a suitable alternative date together with you.
  • Where is the meeting point and when should I arrive?
The meeting point and registration for all courses is the former barracks right next to the training ground: Enduro Center Mammutpark, Yorck-Straße 5, 37603 Stadtoldendorf, Germany. We meet at 8:30 at the latest, the training starts promptly at 9:00 and ends at around 16:00 to 16:30.
  • What protective gear do I need?
You need full motorcycle protective clothing: a riding suit with armour, helmet, gloves and sturdy motorcycle boots. The gear is important for your safety; ordinary boots are not enough here. You can borrow motorcycle boots in all sizes from us. As numbers are limited, it is best to let us know before your training.
  • Are meals included?
Yes. Lunch including a soft drink is included in the price for each training day. Fruit, cereal bars and water are available all day, with coffee in the afternoon as well.
