Markom Travel Trophy Northern Vosges for 4×4 motorhomes

Meeting point for the travel group is Wissembourg at the German-French border. After the tour briefing, we will drive in convoy to our first experience destination at the historically significant Maginot Line. Participants can look forward to several small interesting off-road stages that are also manageable for beginners, alongside the first off-road insertion. Partly over forest roads, past romantically located castle ruins and farms, the route leads us along little-traveled field and forest paths. Along the way, there will be opportunities to drive off-road again. Our trained off-road trainers, who also act as tour guides for the participants, are available with many tips on driving in the terrain. Our overnight destination, a typical French country hotel with a parking lot for our 4×4 campers, offers many delicacies from Alsatian cuisine. In a relaxed atmosphere, perhaps while playing a little game of boules, we can wind down the eventful day. A typical French breakfast marks the beginning of the second day, whose stages will initially take us partly off-road over varied field and forest paths through the western part of the Northern Vosges Nature Park. Today we will reach an area where we can experience many off-road inserts. Here too, the trainers will offer their support again. After this driving variation with different challenges, we will continue the tour northwards along romantic slightly hilly routes through Alsace and thus commence our journey home.
