MOTORCYCLE-TOURS · TUNISIA
A unique corporate incentive for groups of 10 or more. This moped adventure takes your team through the Sahara of Tunisia. It is a legendary highlight for groups, corporate incentives, and training programs. Think rocks, stones, trails, and dunes on small, fun vehicles. You start from Djerba.
The Journey
This tour takes a different path. Forget heavy motorcycles. We rely on small, light mopeds that we import for quality reasons. Over hills and valleys, on tracks, paths, and roads, right through the dunes — these little bikes are hard to beat. And they bring enormous fun.
From Djerba, you approach the main goal at a relaxed pace along smaller roads and tracks. Your base: a small oasis in the middle of the dunes. This special tour is built for groups and companies as an incentive or training event, starting from three days.
We also run this trip as a private group tour or upscale incentive. For training, press events, conferences, or sales settings, please contact us directly. Experience the desert in ways that feel almost surreal — by private jet, balloon, dromedary, off-road vehicle, quad, or motorcycle if you wish. Training and seminars work well with 4x4 off-road vehicles too.
Dates for groups are open almost all year round. Please note: we need about six months before your desired travel date for planning.
Arrival in Djerba. Check in and settle at your hotel for the night.
Cross the island and leave by ferry. Drive on good roads toward the Dahar Mountains. Wind along side roads to Matmata, a cave town where you dine in an underground hotel. About 120 km on road.
Leave the mountains and head for the Sahara on dusty gravel roads. By evening, reach an oasis ringed by dunes. Jump into the warm spring pool right away. Set up tents at the oasis edge with a view of the sand sea. About 45 km road and 45 km track.
Stay a full day in Ksar Ghilane. Take a side trip through the dunes to the old fort. Splash around in the spring pool to your heart’s content.

Head east and leave the Sahara behind. Ride on gravel roads into the southern Dahar. Pass Chenini, a town almost hidden on a mountain ridge. After some paved stretches, reach a medieval granary fortress — a Ksar. Set up tents or sleep under the open sky in the courtyard. About 60 km tar and 60 km track.
Ride back to Djerba. Reach your hotel by evening and take a last dip in the sea. About 140 km on tar.
The moped tour ends today. Time for your return flight.
Want more? Stay a few extra days in Djerba. Wash off the desert dust in the sea and enjoy the coast at your own pace.
