About Us: how it all began...
South Morocco 1995, Joe Küster:
"You dream about experiences that exist. But I dream of adventures that "never" happened and ask myself why they don't exist?"
This note was written on my first Sahara tour to Morocco. It was the first time I stopped, collected my thoughts and enjoyed just "being". One of my big dreams and goals was to travel around the Mediterranean and across the desert. The day came, and the dream became reality. From Germany all the way to Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Austria... It turned out that this was not my biggest goal. It was just a stage and a new path for a different life. A trip that turned into an unforgettable experience. Thus, it was from this everlasting attitude to life that I founded OVERCROSS.
From then on, OVERCROSS was my calling and purpose in life, which at the same time became my new journey, with adventure as the main goal!
And so between 1999 and 2000, OVERCROSS adventure travel was created with the slogan "Here is the adventure".
Today, many adventurers from around the world are part of the OVERCROSS team and advise and guide OVERCROSS customers disposing of a vast know-how and experience to make the most beautiful time of the year an incredible experience.

1-OVERCROSS has been registered as a tour operator based in Germany since 2001. This means that all travel contracts that you conclude with us are concluded under German law. This gives you the following advantages over many foreign companies:
Insolvency protection: If we or one of our partners go bankrupt, YOU are protected and get your money back!
German travel law: German travel law is one of the strictest in the world and offers a very high level of consumer protection.
2-We know our stuff. When providing advice, we rely on professional knowledge management within the company. We have been traveling around the world since 1995, and not just from the airport to the hotel and back. We are above average professionally positioned in the respective destinations.
3-Everything from a single source: From transcontinental flights to: Airplane including pilot in the destination, chauffeur with vehicle of your choice, motorcycle including trainer and support vehicle for desert or jungle tours, off-road or expedition vehicles, travel insurance, health insurance, ranger or film crew or just vacation components? We look after incentives, training, bushcraft courses or survival training and your vacation as an agency & organizer from a single source.
4-Insured? Of course! As a tour operator in the adventure travel segment, we are insured against insolvency in accordance with § 651k BGB and also have special liability insurance that will cover you/your family in the event of an accident. You can trust us, but you should ALWAYS check!
5-We are honest. Nothing is worse than incorrect advice with the seller's goal: "The main thing is commission!"
We want you and your fellow travelers to enjoy your vacation. That's why we only let you go on tours that suit you! Even if that means that we would have to recommend that you don't take part in any of our tours. We create a detailed participant profile for each participant on one of our motorcycle or 4x4 trips so that we can decide whether the participant has enough experience. Be honest with us! We are honest with you too.
6-OVERCROSS is a certified training company by the IHK Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The trainees and working students who survive the probationary period at OVERCROSS are characterized by reliability, punctuality, honesty and, above all, commitment!
7-Overseas offices and early warning system: We are represented in Asia, Africa, America and Europe and always know what is happening in the target area. Even in the event of a natural disaster such as a tsunami, we know what is happening, where, how and when with a new early warning system.
8-Security at the end of the world: Will never happen! Terrorism and environmental disasters are difficult to predict, but these disasters are often announced in good time by five secret services and seismograph stations around the world. Since 2014, OVERCROSS customers have been able to receive an early warning system on request and by ordering it. OVERCROSS is a Swabian medium-sized company with all the strengths and weaknesses of an owner-managed business, which carries out its craft with the knowledge that our QM is superior to most of its competitors, but is still far from the in-house standard of perfection!
Plan A is the goal, Plan B is life / the journey to qualification, which began at OVERCROSS in 2012 with the restructuring. In 2015, the team gradually began to structure the company according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In 2018/19, OVERCROSS will change its name and, as an ISO-certified company, will once again set out on the hunt for adventure.
