For a tour to be booked, a landing page to be found and an enquiry to be answered, a lot has to run smoothly behind the scenes. That's Hryhorii's territory: as lead developer he owns the systems, interfaces and databases that keep Overcross running.
He builds the tools the team works with every day, connects booking, website and internal processes, and automates whatever can be automated – and he sets the direction the technology takes. Invisible when everything goes well, and that's the whole point.
