Experience travel to Malawi: Discover adventure, wildlife, and culture

Malawi is one of southern Africa's most rewarding destinations for adventure travel. Known as the Warm Heart of Africa, it offers a rare mix of wildlife, freshwater scenery, and rich cultural heritage. Malawi tours typically combine game drives in Liwonde National Park, boat trips on Lake Malawi, and village walks through the Dedza highlands. A malawi safari brings you face to face with elephants, hippos, and rare water birds in largely uncrowded reserves. Malawi tours and safaris are ideal for travelers who want an authentic East African experience without the crowds. Overcross organizes small-group adventure tours that move through multiple landscapes — from the Zomba Plateau to the shores of Lake Malawi — giving you direct access to local guides and real wilderness.
