Introduction to the two-day tour

Meeting point for the travel group is Wissembourg at the German-French border. After the tour briefing, we will travel in convoy to our first experience destination at the historic Maginot Line. Participants can expect, in addition to the first offroad insert, several small interesting offroad stages that can also be realized by beginners. Partially over forest roads, past romantically located castle ruins and farms, the route takes us along hardly used field and forest path sections. Along the way, there are always opportunities to drive offroad. Our trained offroad trainers, who also serve as tour guides to supervise the participants, are available with many tips regarding driving in rough terrain. Our overnight destination, a typical French country hotel, offers many delights from Alsatian cuisine. In a relaxed atmosphere, perhaps during a small game of pétanque, one can conclude the eventful day. A typical French breakfast marks the beginning of the second day, whose stages will take us partially offroad over diverse field and forest path stretches initially through the western part of the Northern Vosges nature park. Today, we will reach a terrain where we can experience many offroad inserts. Here, too, the trainers will provide their support. After this driving variety with different challenges, we will continue the tour northward through romantic slightly hilly routes through Alsace, thus starting our way home.

Welcome, tour discussion, board card brief instruction, stage drive, off-road inserts, breaks.

Day 2

Vehicle check, stage drive, off-road inserts, off-road terrain, sightseeing, breaks.
