4x4 Off-Road SUV trip through the Western Alps of Europe
OVERCROSS® takes you on a 4x4 off-road journey through the Western Alps – over mountain roads, spectacular passes, deep gorges, and wild mountain rivers. On this 7-day off-road tour, action, adventure, and pure nature await you!
In addition to the famous Ligurian Border Ridge Road (LGKS), the route primarily focuses on historical military supply trails with their own, sometimes forgotten connecting stages.
This journey is aimed at passionate overlanders, for whom the adventure begins where the asphalt ends – and everyone who wants to become one! ;-)
Accommodation will be in campsites in the border region between Italy and France – right in nature and far away from everyday life.
Since 2006, as a specialized tour operator, we have been leading our participants over the off-road dream routes of the French and Italian Western Alps. For us, the off-road vehicle is a means to an end, to make outdoor travels like this experienceable – where mass tourism has no access!!
Look forward to unbelievable views, lonely waterfalls, old forts, and remote routes. Conquering the dream routes of the Western Alps on and off-road is not for people with a fear of heights – but for outdoor fans, it's an absolute "awesome experience".

Introduction to the Western Alps Off-Road Tour
The individual arrival and the common meeting point is on the first travel day, at a campsite not far from Turin. After your booking, you will receive a tour folder from us with all the important information for preparation and the course of the tour. Just a bit in advance: This Western Alps off-road tour is a 4x4 journey for which you do not need to make extensive modifications to your vehicle. Most vehicles can do more than you (or yourself) think. However, minor scratches in the paint can not always be avoided – because now and then we have to cross sections with overhanging branches. The asphalt disappears early, and what follows is a mix of gravel, rubble, and dust that brings a wide, dusty grin to the face of every off-road fan. :-) Each day brings something new: constantly changing conditions challenge not only the vehicles but also the body and mind – in the best way. An adventure that challenges you, grounds you, and excites you.
