Travelers from the EU do not need a visa for stays of up to 6 months. For other nationalities, a visa may be required, which must be applied for in advance online. A visa is not available upon arrival. Applications are made through the official government website with the corresponding documents and fees. Check the requirements in advance to avoid issues.
