OVERCROSS has been conducting tours in Tunisia since 2000, the first Family & Friends in Tunisia took place in 2005, since 2010 (apart from the Covid period) we have been in Tunisia every year to carry out our tours there. In some cases, it may happen that there are not enough registrations for a tour; in that case, the tour must be canceled no later than four to six weeks before the start of the trip. Since we care that your vacation is a great success, we always stay in regular contact with you regarding this. If a tour has to be canceled, you will of course receive a full refund.

For an additional fee of approximately 400β¬ (including vehicle and cabin on the ferry) per ferry crossing, we will book a customized ferry ticket for you at your desired time.

We have already had children aged 4-5 years with us. You know your children best. Some are very travel-ready, others less so. You know that best. Basically, the parents' thirst for adventure also rubs off on the children.

It's best to send us an email with the details of your vehicle. Basically, all-wheel drive is a must! However, a low-range gearbox and differential locks are not strict requirements for this tour.

That varies greatly; our youngest adventurers were 4-5 years old, while the older ones are already in their youth. And then there are the big kids behind the wheel - there is no upper age limit.

On the ferry, we are housed in cabins. We spend the first and last nights in Tunisia each in a hotel by the sea. During the tour, we visit different campsites where there are sanitary facilities. We will also camp wild for a few nights in the desert.

The ferry costs about 1000 Euros for a TOYO LC with a roof tent; a "height surcharge" is likely to be added. The price includes people and a private cabin.

No, we do not want to offer any "bargain" deals! Customs/harbor fees/tolls in Tunisia/as well as dinner and breakfast are all included, so you only need money for the fuel of the off-road vehicle and its driver ;)

No, the ferry to and from Tunisia is not included. You can book the ferry through us and benefit from our group discount. If you prefer not to book through us, please let us know. It is a guided tour, and the group meets together on the ferry. Ideally, you should book with our partner CTN; individual tickets cost more.

A single cabin on the ferry and a single room in the hotel for solo travelers, e.g. the driver in the off-road vehicle, is possible. However, you must let us know as we have to book everything together.
