Daily program: Bali to Komodo Motorcycle Challenge
Day 1: Welcome to the Island of the Gods
After arriving in Bali, the participants meet and check into their hotel rooms. The motorcycles are assigned and preparations for the exciting Bali2Komodo Rally begin. In the evening, there is a dinner at the hotel and a lively welcome party that sets the tone for the upcoming journey.
Day 2: Let the motorcycle adventure begin | 148 km | 4:32 h
The pure motorcycle adventure begins with a ride through North Bali, where participants pass breathtaking waterfalls, visit iconic temples, and stop at a local school supported by donations from the rally. The day offers a perfect mix of cultural immersion and stunning natural beauty.
Day 3: Ubud Highlights | 84 km | 2:55 h
The third day of our motorcycle trip takes the riders through unique landscapes, including lava fields near Bali's volcanoes. The day includes relaxing baths in natural hot springs and a luxurious massage amidst the iconic rice fields of Ubud, followed by a dinner in this tranquil setting.
Day 4: Ubud to Senggigi | 144km | 3:50h
After leaving Ubud behind, you cross the Strait of Lombok, one of the largest waterways in the world. You transition from Hindu Bali to Islamic Lombok, experience a cultural change, and explore untouched white sandy beaches.
Day 5: Senggigi to Gili T | 20km | 0:30h
On the way from Lombok to the Gili Islands, participants leave their motorcycles behind, as motorized vehicles are prohibited on these islands. The day will be filled with snorkeling adventures and pure relaxation in this tropical paradise.
Day 6: Senggigi to Sekongkang | 221 km | 6:30 h
The journey continues to the island of Sumbawa, a lesser-known and sparsely populated region of Indonesia. The drivers will explore the wild west coast of the island, which is known for some of the best surf waves in the world, and end the day with a campfire on the beach.
Day 7: Sekongkang to Moyo | 201km | 5:30h
The participants drive through breathtaking and remote roads in the heart of Sumbawa. On this day, you will visit a traditional market and relax by the sea while enjoying one of the quietest and most untouched landscapes in Indonesia.
Day 8: Rest day | 0kms 🐳💆
A day full of unique experiences begins early with swimming next to whale sharks, some of which can grow up to 15 meters long. The rest of the day is spent relaxing on the hotel's private beach and recovering for the next stage of your adventure.
Day 9: Moyo to Bima | 325km | 7:48h | King stage 👑
The longest and most challenging stage of the journey takes the participants through remote areas of Indonesia, where the locals rarely come into contact with strangers. The participants will share their meals with the hospitable locals, thus having the opportunity for cultural exchange in one of the most desolate parts of the country.
Day 10: Bima to Labuan Bajo | 46km | 1:05h
A short drive takes you to the harbor of Sape, where the motorcycles are left behind in favor of a boat trip through the 29 islands of Komodo National Park. Participants have the chance to see Komodo dragons, the last "living dinosaurs" on Earth, before relaxing in a luxury hotel with a private beach.
Day 11: From Labuan Bajo to Bali
On the last morning, you have time to relax on the beach before being taken to the Komodo airport to fly back to Bali. The evening ends with a festive event celebrating the safe and successful return of all participants.
Day 12: Bali and Departure
On the last day, participants have time to shop for souvenirs on Jalan Kayu Aya, enjoy one last massage, or relax on Bali's picturesque beaches before taking their return flight.
