  • For our mountaineering tours, it applies: If they are easily accessible mountains: You don't need much experience for easy-to-climb mountains, but if you want to climb peaks over 6,000 meters and conditions become more challenging, we recommend taking a basic or advanced course for good preparation. It is very important to be physically, technically, and psychologically prepared!!

  • For all our trekking or mountain tours, personal equipment is not included in the price, so you will need to bring your own equipment: Personal equipment (like boots, ice axe, crampons, climbing harness, sleeping bag, mat, Goretex, etc.)

  • Special mountaineering equipment is required, which is recommended before the trip. Details will be provided before the trip.

  • For this type of demanding or technical mountain sports, it is recommended to have already climbed a few peaks over 5,000 meters beforehand and to have a good knowledge of high-altitude equipment – for example, handling technical ice axes, ice screws, the correct use of crampons, and of course, all the technical material.

  • Every day we are active, on average about 4 to 5, sometimes even 6 hours on foot. Everything depends on your pace and physical condition.
