Early in the morning, we start our exciting 4x4 journey and set off to cross the Peloponnese peninsula on historic routes. With each mile, we dive deeper into the history of Greece, while spectacular views and wild off-road trails accompany us. In the afternoon, we reach the legendary Olympia, the birthplace of the first Olympic Games. Here we enter one of the most significant archaeological sites in the world to explore the ancient ruins and dive into the history of the games. The visit to the Temple of Zeus and the ancient stadium, where the first competitions took place, will fascinate you. At the end of the day, a cozy hotel in the region awaits us, where we can wind down the day with good food and Greek hospitality.

Our 4x4 off-road journey continues along the ancient paths of the Peloponnese, where history and adventure meet. A true highlight of this stage is the visit to the Temple of Apollo at Bassae, an impressive UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best-preserved Greek temples. This temple captivates with its architectural beauty and historical significance. After this cultural experience, we continue our journey and reach the legendary Cape Tenaro, the southernmost point of the Greek mainland and the Balkan peninsula. This remote, wild cape offers breathtaking views of the sea and is of mystical beauty. Here we feel the energy of untouched nature and the history that surrounds this place. At the end of the day, we settle in a cozy hotel near the cape, where we can reflect on the day over a relaxed dinner and typical Greek hospitality.

Today we head northeast across the Peloponnese peninsula, where a varied route awaits us. Small, remote mountain paths alternate with spectacular coastal panoramic routes, offering breathtaking views of the sea again and again. This stretch is a true off-road paradise that promises both driving fun and unforgettable nature experiences. Our first destination is the Byzantine ruins of Mystras, a UNESCO World Heritage site majestically rising on a hill in the Taygetos mountains northwest of Sparta. This historically significant site is a true masterpiece of medieval architecture and one of Greece's most fascinating ruins. As we stroll through the remnants of churches, palaces, and fortresses, we feel the history of the once-mighty Byzantine Empire. At the end of the day, we reach a small mountain village, where we will stay overnight in a traditional guesthouse. Surrounded by the gentle hills and the tranquility of nature, we enjoy Greek hospitality and end the day comfortably in this place.

We leave the peninsula and cross the impressive Corinth Canal, which connects the Saronic Gulf and the Gulf of Corinth. By noon, we reach Delphi and visit the famous oracle at the foot of the Parnassus mountains. In Delphi, we will also stay overnight. Today we leave the peninsula and embark on an exciting stage of our off-road tour. We cross the impressive Corinth Canal, a technical masterpiece that connects the Saronic Gulf with the Gulf of Corinth. This imposing waterway is a fascinating sight, and we enjoy the spectacular view of the narrow, artificially created waterbed that has shaped the region for centuries. By noon, we arrive at the historical Delphi, originally called Pytho, which was once considered the center of the world. At the foot of the majestic Parnassus mountains, we visit the world-famous oracle of Delphi, a significant religious and cultural center of ancient Greece. Here, amidst ruins and temples, we can immerse ourselves in the mystical atmosphere of this sacred place and experience the stories of the priests and the famous oracle sessions. At the end of the day, we take up our accommodation in Delphi, where we spend the night in a cozy hotel.

Today, our journey continues through the impressive eastern Pindus mountains, where we encounter untouched nature, wild mountain roads, and spectacular views of breathtaking valleys and peaks. This route is a true paradise for off-road adventurers seeking adventure off the classic tourist trails. The steep mountain passes and remote paths challenge us and reward us with a unique panoramic view with every curve and every elevation. In the late afternoon, we reach the charming town of Karpenisi, nestled amidst the green hills of the Pindus mountains. Here, we spend the night in a cozy hotel on the outskirts, where we can relax after a busy day. From the hotel, we enjoy the peace of the surroundings and let the fascinating impressions of the mountains wash over us.

In the morning, we continue our drive through the eastern Pindus mountains and dive even deeper into the impressive mountain landscape. The challenging high roads and steep mountain paths challenge both the vehicle and us, while we are rewarded with new views of untouched land with every curve. In the late afternoon, we reach the world-famous Meteora monasteries, a true masterpiece of Byzantine architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage site. These majestic monasteries, perched on huge rocks, are one of Greece's most spectacular landmarks. We visit the Holy Trinity Monastery, one of the most famous and impressive in the region. The architecture and the view from up here are simply overwhelming. After this cultural highlight, we continue to Kalambaka, a town at the foot of the Meteora rocks, where we spend the night in a cozy hotel.

Our tour continues westward to the Tzoumerka National Park, a paradise for active vacationers that attracts more adventurers with its wild nature and untouched beauty. After a spectacular drive through the mountains - with stunning views of deep gorges, dense forests, and dramatic mountain peaks - we reach one of the highlights of the region: the rock monastery of Kipina, founded in 1212. This extraordinary monastery, built directly into the steep rocks, almost appears to be a part of nature itself and offers not only historical but also spiritual impressions amid breathtaking scenery. After this fascinating visit, we continue our journey and reach our accommodation in the region in the evening, where we can relax and review the day's events peacefully.

At a farewell dinner together, we enjoy the fresh sea breeze and celebrate the end of a unique adventure that has taken us deep into the heart of Greece.
