4x4 Bosnia Scouting Tour: Balkan 4X4 Offroad Adventure
Daily program: Guided off-road tour through the mountains and wilderness of Bosnia
Day 1 – Bugojno → Kupres → Livno
Start in Bugojno and directly into the terrain towards the Kupres Plateau.
Long gravel tracks, high plateaus, and panoramic routes.
Continuation towards Livno with a visit to the wild horses.
Overnight stay in the Livno region.
Day 2 – Livno → Mostar
Offroad stage through remote mountains towards Herzegovina.
Mix of military roads and nature trails.
Arrival in Mostar with a visit to Stari Most and the Kravice waterfalls.
Overnight stay in Mostar.
Day 3 – Mostar → Prokoško Lake
Return to the mountains with a high offroad percentage.
Narrow mountain paths and remote villages.
Destination is Prokoško Jezero.
Overnight stay in a mountain hut, simple accommodation, or camp.
Day 4 – Prokoško → Lukomir
Drive through the high mountains of Bjelašnica.
Technically demanding off-road routes with steep trails.
Destination is Lukomir with a view of the Rakitnica Canyon.
Overnight stay in an Ethno house or simple guesthouse.
Day 5 – Lukomir → Bugojno
Return trip over remote mountain routes.
Last off-road sections back to Bugojno.
End of the tour and individual journey home.
