Lima - Arrival in Peru
Your Peru Andes 4x4 journey begins with your arrival at Lima airport, where a representative from Overcross will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in at 3:00 PM, you will receive a briefing about the expedition, the use of the 4x4 vehicles, and safety regulations. Overnight in Lima.
Lima – Paracas (160 miles)
On this Peru Offroad Trip Andes, you will take over your 4x4 vehicle after breakfast and drive 260 km towards Paracas. Along the way, you will visit Tambo Colorado, a well-preserved Inca settlement from the year 1450 with characteristic red clay walls. Overnight stay in Paracas.
Paracas – Nazca (220 km)
The Ballestas Islands Tour starts at 8:00 AM with Humboldt penguins and sea lions off the coast. After that, you will visit the Paracas National Reserve and Independence Bay before the trip continues to Nazca via the Huacachina Oasis (220 km). Overnight stay in Nazca.
Nazca – Lines and Cahuachi
The Nazca Lines flight shows you geoglyphs like hummingbird, monkey, and astronaut over an area of about 350 km² (weather dependent). Afterwards, a guide will take you to the archaeological complex of Cahuachi, an ancient ceremonial center made of clay and sand. Overnight stay in Nazca.
Nazca – Abancay (460 km)
This stage of your 4x4 Expedition Peru covers 460 km from Nazca to Abancay, passing by Pampas Galeras, one of the largest vicuña reserves in South America. The route leads over Puquio and the Yauriviru Lagoon at an altitude of 4,400 m. Overnight stay in Abancay.

Abancay – Sacred Valley (205 km)
On this Peru Off-Road Tour from Abancay to the Sacred Valley (205 km), you will visit the Inca Tambo of Tarawasi and the famous 2.5-meter-high Saywite stone with its engravings of flora, fauna, and landscapes of the Inca Empire. Overnight in Urubamba.

Cusco – Free Day
This Cusco Machu Picchu trip gives you a free day today for your own purposes. Explore the old town of Cusco with its colonial streets, the Plaza de Armas, and the Inca walls at your own pace, before your journey through the Andes soon comes to an end. Overnight stay in Cusco.
Cusco – Return flight to Lima
At the end of your South America 4x4 Adventure Trip, you will transfer to the airport in Cusco for your flight to Lima with an international connecting flight. Thus, your ten-day journey through the Peruvian Andes, which has taken you from the coast to Machu Picchu, comes to an end.
