  • For most European citizens, no visa is required for Bosnia and Herzegovina as long as the stay is under 90 days. For your enduro tour in Bosnia, a valid passport or identity card is sufficient. Only those who stay longer or come from a country with a visa requirement need a visa. It is advisable that the document should be valid for at least three months beyond the return date.
  • Bosnia is considered a safe travel destination today. Especially in the regions through which the Enduro tour Bosnia leads, the people are friendly and helpful. However, one should drive attentively on remote routes, follow the guides' instructions, and pay attention to good equipment. Small places along the route are hospitable, crime is rare there.
  • The Enduro tour Bosnia is mostly off-road: gravel paths, forest trails, mountain paths, sandy passages, and rocky ascents alternate. The routes are technically demanding, partly steep and narrow. You rarely encounter asphalt. It is this mix that makes the tour a true experience for experienced enduro riders who want to ride off the beaten path.
  • The ideal travel time for an enduro tour through Bosnia is between May and October. During these months, the trails are usually dry, rivers are passable, and temperatures are pleasant. In summer (June - August) they range from 20 - 28 °C, perfect for long stretches through forests and mountains. Spring and autumn are particularly beautiful in terms of scenery, but somewhat cooler.
  • Yes, modern KTM enduros are ready for the enduro tour in Bosnia. Optionally 2-stroke (250 / 300 EXC) or 4-stroke (350 / 450 EXC). The fuel for the rental motorcycle as well as the on-road insurance are included in the price of the trip. If you prefer to ride with your own motorcycle, you can do so by arrangement as well.
  • Included are breakfast, fuel for the rental motorcycle, barbecue evening, laundry service, internet, German-speaking guide, and travel insurance certificate. Not included are flights, transfers, lunch and dinner, protective clothing, fuel for your own bike, and off-road damage insurance. These details are transparently listed for each enduro tour in Bosnia.
  • You will stay overnight during the Enduro tour Bosnia in a cozy private guesthouse in Bugojno. It is your base camp for all stages. With breakfast, laundry service, and barbecue evenings. The location amidst the mountains offers tranquility and authenticity, far away from mass tourism, but with all the comfort you need after a long day of riding.
  • If your motorcycle breaks down during the enduro tour through Bosnia, the guides will help you on-site. Smaller repairs are usually done along the way, and technical support is available for larger damages. The organizer recommends taking out an off-road damage insurance to cover costs for repairs or spare parts.
  • Yes, on day 5 of the Enduro tour Bosnia there is an optional rest day available. You can relax or explore Sarajevo, Mostar, Visoko (with the "Pyramids") or even the Adriatic coast. All excursions are optional and not included in the travel price. Perfect to clear your mind and recharge your energy.
  • There are no vaccination requirements for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Standard vaccinations (tetanus, hepatitis A/B) are recommended. A good travel and health insurance is essential for an enduro tour in Bosnia, as you often find yourself far from medical facilities.
  • Every day tour is about 100 to 150km long. Upon request, we can adjust the length of the entire tour to your requirements.
  • All tours from Enduro Grip start at 9:30 AM. Then we will discuss the stage together and check the motorcycles. At 9:45 we will set off and around 1 or 2 PM we will take a lunch break. Every day in a different mountain village. The tour ends around 5 PM and you can unwind and relax at the end of the day.

  • In cities and valleys, the network is stable; in high altitudes or deep forests, it may fail. For your enduro tour through Bosnia, offline navigation, GPS, and a local SIM card are recommended. The accommodation in Bugojno offers Wi-Fi so you can share your photos and tracks in the evening.
  • The national language is Bosnian, many locals also speak English or German. On the Enduro tour Bosnia, a German-speaking guide accompanies you, so communication is not a problem. Hospitality is legendary in Bosnia. Coffee, Rakija, and genuine warmth are part of everywhere.
